Terms of Service

Last updated 29 September 2026

Contents

These terms cover your use of LootLoop (“the service”). By connecting a wallet you accept them. If you do not, do not use the service.

01What LootLoop is

LootLoop connects a Solana token to a set of NFT prizes. Trades of that token are scored against rules its creator sets, and some of them win. The service also hosts a marketplace where those prizes can be sold, offered on and traded between wallets.

We are a piece of software and a set of on-chain programs. We do not custody your tokens, we do not take deposits, and we do not act as a broker, exchange or financial adviser.

02You are responsible for your wallet

Every action that moves an asset is a transaction you sign yourself. We never hold your private keys and cannot sign for you, recover a lost key, or reverse a transaction. A transaction you approve is final.

You are responsible for checking what you are signing — in particular, an address you type into a transfer, and the terms of a trade before you agree to them.

03Money we do hold, briefly

Some features escrow funds: an offer holds the buyer's SOL, an auction holds bids, and a trade holds each side's half once they agree. Those funds are held in a platform wallet and are returned automatically when the offer, bid or trade does not complete. This is custody for the duration of a specific transaction and nothing more; we do not offer accounts, balances, interest or storage.

04No guarantee of a prize, or of its value

Winning is probabilistic. Trading does not entitle you to a prize, and nothing about past drops predicts future ones. NFTs won here may be worth nothing, and the tokens campaigns are built on are volatile and may lose all value. We do not endorse, vet or guarantee any campaign, creator, token or collection listed on the service.

05Creators

If you run a campaign you are responsible for the artwork you upload and the rights to it, for what your collections depict, and for any claims you make about them. You must not upload content you do not have the right to use, or content that is illegal where you or your users are.

Fees are shown before you incur them and may change; a change never applies retroactively to a transaction already made. You may be given access to a campaign by its creator, and that access can be withdrawn by them at any time.

06Acceptable use

Do not attempt to manipulate the odds engine, run wash trades, script the service to gain an advantage, probe it for vulnerabilities without telling us, or use it to launder funds or evade sanctions. We may pause or remove any campaign, collection or wallet that does.

07Availability

The service depends on Solana RPC providers, an indexer and third-party model providers. Outages delay things rather than lose them — wins, mints and refunds persist and retry — but we do not promise uptime, and we may change or discontinue features.

08Liability

The service is provided as is. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits, lost tokens, lost NFTs, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of it, from a chain reorganisation or outage, or from the conduct of any other user or creator.

09Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the date above says when they last changed, and continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it. Questions go to the contact address published on the site or in the repository. See also our Privacy Policy.

Nothing here is financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Digital asset rules vary by jurisdiction and you are responsible for your own compliance.
